Our TLD Service Charges
1. Registration Charge: Rs. 150/- per TLD Card/Badge
2. Service Charge: Rs. 150/- per TLD Card/Badge for each Service Period
3. Holder/Cassette (in case of lost or broken holder) is Rs. 80/- per Holder.
4. Charges for Non-return of Cards: Rs 250/- per Card , (TLD Cards MUST be returned by end of service period).
5. Delayed Payment: will bear interest charges at 15% per annum basis, plus penalty (if warranted).
How to Compute Payable Amount:
Compute Total No. of TLD Cards = No. of persons + 1 (control card for institute)
Payable Amount can be computed as –
A. Institutions requiring Quarterly Service
(4 times a year)
(a) For Registration: Rs. 150/- X (Total No. of TLD Cards) =? (Only for First Year)
(b) Service Charges: Rs. 150/- X (Total No. of TLD Cards) X 04 =? (Every year)
First Year: Rs. 750/- per TLD Card
Second Year Onwards: Rs 600/- per TLD Card
B.Institutions requiring Monthly Service
(12 times a year)
(a) For Registration: Rs. 150/- X (Total No. of TLD Cards) =? (Only for First Year)
(b) Service Charges: Rs. 150/- X (Total No. of TLD Cards) X 12 =? (Every year)
First Year: Rs. 1950/- per TLD Card
Second Year Onwards: Rs 1800/- per TLD Card
Note: These annual charges are to be paid in ADVANCE at the beginning of service and subsequently in the month of April each year. All the Additions OR Deletions are adjusted in FINAL BILL at the end of financial year (April-March).
